How To Drink :
Pour boiling water into the herbs and drink them.
Don't throw away the used herbs just once and you can drink it again.

How To Drink :
Boil the herbs in 1.5 liters of water.
When the water boils, simmer over medium heat for 40 to 50 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool (until it gets warm enough to cool down). 
Cool tea should be refrigerated and it's better to warm it up when you drink it. (Don't use a microwave) 2-3 cups a day is recommended.
